Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Indiana

I have won a small claims judgement against a corporation. Their lawyers appear before the court and claim insolvency 4 times over a year. At most recent court date, their lawyers said they may file bankruptcy if their business doesn't turn around. Is there anything I can file before they file to go after assists etc.

You can file a motion to attach or garnish their assets. But your claim comes after prior claims in time and it comes after secured claims. It is often the claim that there isn't any collectibility because there is no money. Don't get your hopes up.
