Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

In 2005 I agreed to a plea deal for a Class D Felony of Theft. I am trying to join the Army now and with the paperwork I have , there are three counts each representing a specific item. Is each one of those counts another felony? Do I really have three Class D felonies on my record, or just 1 Class D Felony with three counts. The court allowed me to serve the sentences concurrently if that makes a difference at all. Thanks in advance.

If you were given three separate sentences, it was three seperate counts, and therefore three seperate felonies. Each "count" you pled guilty to is a seperate felony conviction.
