Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

In 2008 I was arrested for a DUI and underage Intox. at age 18. In my plea bargain I signed for 6 months of 1 AA class and 1 counseling session a week for 6 months through a program called DADS. In the proccess of signing up for that coarse I was arrested for another DUI, got 3 hit-and-runs and another underage intox. and spent 2 months in jail. Now in that case, i believe this was for all 7 tickets i signed a plea bargain to go to Cenikor for two years(a Drug Rehab/ Behavior Modifacation) or 2 years in jail (4 months done, 2 for 1) . Well i just spent 9 months in Cenikor and left. So I now believe i have warrants in Indiana. But I am in Texas. Now what can I do, COntact the judge, the DA, prosecutors, anything that may possibly get my Time Served or probation. All I am facing is another 8 months in jail, and i would like to go to college or join the armed forces or something to get on with my life and soon.

You need to talk to your lawyer or if you are no longer represented a lawyer immediately if you want to resolve and sort out all of this in the best way possible. Among the things you can expect a lawyer to tell you will be to make arrangements to surrender yourself if there is a warrant for failing to appear on a violation of probation. From that point a lawyer can help sort out what remains to be done on your probation and what violations you have against you and negotiate with the prosecutor and the probation department for a good outcome that may give you the chance to go to college or join the armed forces.
