9-30-5-2(a)/MA: Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person. that is the charge on 07/2010. yesterday they came with plea bargin of habitual substance abuser. never a poss. charge. HTO in 1999. how can they file HSA at this time, so long after org. charge date?
