1st time offender marijuana posession
If you are a first time offender for marijuana posession and you plead not guilty and have a jury trial and the jury finds you guilty would you still get a diversion ageement where the charges are dropped after probation, or could they convict you?

Usually on your first offense you can have your attorney work out a diversion, however this is not always the case. It depends on the circumstances and an agreement with the prosecutor, etc.
As to you getting a diversion afterwards, you stated you had a trial and the jury found you guilty. Once you have been found guilty, there is no need for the prosecutor to offer you a diversion.
