Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Nearly 10 years ago I committed a series of non-violent crimes including Felony Theft and forgery, possession of marijuana, check deception and conversion/shoplifting.
I have worked very hard to put this behind me and I have completely rebuilt my life.
Is it possible to have the files expunged in the state of Indiana in spite of the fact that there are multiple convictions?
Thanks!

Straight expungment is not likely. However, there may be a way to have these removed. You should contact an attorney.
