Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
A 97 yr old mother wants to help her son out whose paying a lot of restitution for a conviction of fraud- may she give him or deed him any land or money? She wants to know if he'll be required to pay even after he retires?

His criminal attorney is the best one to answer the question about how long he may have to pay. She can always give the son money, but if she does, it may be used to pay the amount still owed.
