Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My 14yrs child has been offered to be entered into a Deferral program for a crime that he does'nt feel he committed but, All the evidence points to him. With this being his first offense, We were told if he accepts the charges and the deferral program, this offence will not be on his criminal record. Is this a true statement?
