Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I allowed someone to use a cell phone now He will not return the phone, I have asked for a couple months.I had the service stopped, He says it is broken I have insurance but need the phone to file the claim, unless I say it is lost or stolen.
Can I report it stolen since He will not return it?

Call the police and try. Don't report it stolen to insurance unless you have reported it stolen to the police, who may be able to get it back for you.
