AMS (Alternative Misdemeanor Sentencing).
how long does it take to get a class d felony reduced to a class a misdemeanor using the AMS (Alternative Misdemeanor Sentencing)? The case was closed about 10 years ago.

You have probably waited too long. There is a limit to how long a person can wait before they file a sentence modification motion.
