Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Can I appeal a sentence if it was a Plea bargain? I was charged and convicted of a Class B Felony for selling less than a gram of Crack Cocaine. I am a Drug Addict that has 2 years Sobriety. I am just now finally coming out of the addiction I had. I can think better,my motor skills have improved , I realize that I am going to come back to being a normal person. I did not realize the addiction was so strong. I would have never committed the Crime of selling Crack because I was under the influence of my own addiction. I can only remember parts of what took place because of my being under the influence of Crack and Pain medicine. I am not the person who was wrapped up in a drug world. It has taken me 2 years to realize this. Is there anything that can be done?

When were you convicted? It sounds like it might be too late anyway. What did your attorney in the criminal case tell you about the possibility of appeal in your case? Sometimes a plea bargain specifically waives the right to appeal.
