Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

i have been arressted for dealin classs a ,b , (bye apark). i have heard the tapes an there is no amount or price , or any conformation on anything just the c.i.'s word , i feel they dont have the proper evendience against me for a case . an the informant was arressted later for not showin up for court on his own dealin charge of marijunia is there any way i can get this knocked down ??

What does your attorney say? If you can not afford one, an attorney will be appointed to represent you, and can give you a better answer than you can get over the internet from someone who hasn't seen the evidence, doesn't know the prosecutor or the police involved, and knows nothing more than what was in your paragraph.
