I was arreste for mistameaner marijuna and I left state and now I a felony warrent for leaving state

Let's see--did you get charged in Indiana and then run to Florida? Or get charged in Florida and then run to Indiana?

It makes a large difference.

The best thing to do is...you're going to hate this...HIRE A LAWYER IN THE COUNTY WHERE YOU WERE CHARGED.

If the Crime was charged as a misdemeanor it should not change to a felony due to your leaving the state. It appears that this is a matter that began in Broward county.
