Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was arrested for dealing schedule 1,2,or3. They took me in and question me a week prior and offered me to work for the dtf. I refused so they came back a week later without a warrant and arrested me. Is this legal. They even had to wait for the charges to be called in.

It is not unusual. Whether it is "illegal" or not may not affect your case. Make sure your lawyer knows about all of this, as the timing and the firsthand knowledge of the officers is very important. It is not an automatic "get out of jail free" card, and still requires the actions of a good lawyer to follow up.
Good luck.
