Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was arrested for domestic battery , my ex girlfriend overreacted at the time so she does not wanna press charges against me , I've already went to jail for it and paid my bail , can these charges be dropped. I live in Indiana

If the prosecutor decides to drop them, yes. Your girlfriend is not responsible for pressing or dropping charges in Indiana.
