Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
when i was arrested on a drug charge i did give consent to search i was in my behind a locked door two other men were in the living room nothing was found in my room now the prosecutor sent letter to my attorney saying what they found and that it was in my room and the dates were also wrong so what will happen will they proseed with the case or does things look good for me
