Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
can i be arrested if a group of people say i committed a crime and a group of people say i didnt and there is no evidence??

Eyewitness testimony is evidence. Where some witnesses say a suspect is guilty and others say he is innocent, the police are allowed to believe the accusers and disbelieve the other witnesses.
