Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was arrested for Public Intoxication in Indiana. However, the police didn't observe me for 20 minutes BEFORE breathalyzing me, I was never read my Miranda Rights, and once I arrived at jail i was never breathalyzed again, although i was given a field sobriety test that i passed. Can my case be thrown out?

No breathalyzer is needed to convict you.It is not a requirement that your rights are read to you if the police don't want to question you.
