Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was arrested in 1992 and 1993 for underage drinking. When filling out an application for a nursing job, how do I answer the question of "no contest". I was on informal probation and the courthouse said I did not show a record, but I do show an arrest report. Does this mean I pleaded no contest or guilty? Not sure

No such thing as "no contest" in Indiana. You need to look at the records in the clerk's office at the county where your convictions occurred to answer your question. If they have no record of conviction, it means you were not convicted.
