Attempted Theft while Under sedation?
My question is: Can a person be held responsible for his or her actions while under sedation?

The facts of the entire case would need to be reviewed for a real determination, but it is possible. The degree of sedation, if influence by others and the actions of the party would be some of the questions which may be at issue.
