Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
attorney ,let me go after conviction
is this practice for a attorney to recommend a public defender after the sentance to a client with out foling proper papers for appeal or sentance modification.

Depends on the fee agreement. My agreements only cover up to sentencing. Anything after that like appeals or modifications require another agreement and further payment.
