Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Does an attorney have the duty/responsibility to provide a client with ALL evidence against him before the client is asked to make a decision on a plea bargain? What can be done if the attorney has not provided ALL evidence and the client made a decision based soully on the attorney's advice without seeing the evidence?

The client needs to know everything the attorney knows that's relevant to the case. This is not necessarily the same as the attorney giving the client copies of "all evidence against him". If the attorney lied, then that can be grounds for a petition for post conviction relief.
