bad checks
I paid the check 2 months ago now they want to press charges for check deception and theft because i won;t take an accountability class
can i be arrested for that

If you are charged, you can be arrested. You really want to know whether you can be CONVICTED, and you will need to share more of the facts with an attorney in your communtiy to get the answer to this question.
