Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
hello
my bf said he touched a girl when she was sixteen on the backside . the cops were called but he ran. now he has been picked up for a different charge and they are charging him with this stuff from the girl . what can he get charged with min max is it a felony? please write me back thank you.
