Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If a boss doesnst sign a payroll check and it is cashed by the recipient what legal action can be taken?

By whom? If the employee was owed the money, who was harmed? If the employee was not owed the money, who prepared the check, and did someone else sign it? If so, the bank may have a problem, and whomever was involved in the theft too.
