Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My boyfriend got charged with 3 misdemenors 2 years ago. He got on probation for a year, but failed 2 drug screenings and got violated for both. He got terminated from probation and had a court date. But never appeared so he had a warrant out for his arrest for failure to appear. Then he got a warrant for violation of probation. He didnt turn himself him, he was found. How long will he be in jail for at the most and the least?

His maximum depends on the amount of suspended time he received originally, which may or not be the same as the length of probation. The minimum would be zero. It mostly depends on the judge in the county where he was charged, and an attorney in that community should be consulted and given more particular information.
