Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my boyfriend was in a fight last night and he used a knife and the man ended up dying which the man had started the fight and was starting the fight all night he had punched my boyfriend 5 times and then knocked him down and then my boyfriend got up to his feet and pulled a knife out and and started stabbing him, what is going to happen he is in jail now on aggraverated battery charges please i need some kind of answer
