Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
my boyfriend is in jail with a sentence of 180 in DOC and he was wondering if there was a way he could ask for Work Release or Home Detention. (he got sent back to jail for probation violation of alcohol)

Not liekly with a probation violation. However, contact a lawyer in the locale where he is in jail and see what the custom and practice is in that couny or before that judge.
