Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My boyfriend kicked in my friends front door and walked in and slapped me then left. Hes on probation for a dwi and has 2 months left and got arrested last night and the charges are for residintal entry, intemidation and battery with bodily harm, whats the best way to get this dropped or how long would his jail sentence be? Its through marion county courts in Indianpolis,Indian. thanks.

He needs to discuss this with an attorney in person as more details are needed. It is not likely that this will be dropped. You are not talking about a simple speeding ticket here.
