Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

my boyfriend had got into trouble in Pa back in 2008. The judge treated his case as a diversion. Howevere, my boyfried ended up jumping state to get away from the drug scene. He had tried talking to his probation officer before he ended up jumping state, but the po showed no intrest in helping him. He ended up in Indiana and since then he has applyed for several jobs, been involved in church ministries, and got his own place. However, one month ago he got a public Intoxication. They said that pa had a holder on him. my question is do you really think that they will extradite him? and if so, if we were to present this same information to the judge, if it would be possible to get the holder dropped and his probation transfered to Indiana, with the understanding of an extention of probation, house arrest and other stipulations worked out by his "would be" probatation officer?

If the PA case is a felony, they will probably extradite him. To find out what might happen in his particular case, contact an attorney in the county where his PA case is pending to get representation.
