Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

My brother was arrested at my parents house and charged with possession of cocaine/meth substance and visiting a common nuisance, my dad fully cooperated with law enforcement and let them search the whole house is my parents property in jeopardy of being seized? We do not fully understand the common nuisance charge

Seizure is pretty unlikely. The state would have to show your father's actual knowledge and acquiesance in your brother's cocaine possession. Your parents would still have a chance to fight it. I would not perceive this as a big worry based upon the facts presented.
