Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My brother was convicted of a crime that he didnt commit and there were no evidence that proved he committed these crimes at the trial. He was sentenced to 45 and 44 years on two different charges, he has been incarcerated for 11 years now, how can I go about getting the proper paper work started to appeal these charges and which papers do I have to have in order to get the process started? Please help my brother and I. I really feel like he is innocent and I want to do everything in my power to help him!

Your situation is far too complicated for this forum. You need to consult an attorney or the organization at Northwestern University who addresses wrongful convictions.
