Wait a second. They have a child together, she notifies him that the child is very ill, and your first thought is how to get her for "entrapment"? How is the child? Is she really ill? How would you suggest that the mother communicate with the father about a situation like this? How do they communicate about vistation? Is your suggestion not to tell him at all, and leave the father out of this little girl's life altogether?

Yous son needs to talk to a lawyer about how to handle communications regarding the child in this situation, given the specifics of the order, and the communication options regarding this little girl. You need to stand back, let him do it, and focus on important issues, like this little girl.

Sorry to be so blunt, but that's the way it is.
