Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If my case says that a plea bargain deadline is set for final pre trial conference, what does this mean? I have only been to court on this case once and my next court date is a pre trial conference then a final pretrial conference then finally jury trial.. Can I get a continuance at the pretrial conference and would that push the deadline for plea bargaining back also?

Ask your lawyer, or contact one in your community. Every county in Indiana has slightly different procedures, and each court in each county has different procedures. Impossible to answer on this forum.
