Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I was caught shoplifting a $5 item and was admitted into the pre-trial diversion program. I paid all of the fines, but did not complete the community service hours required by the program. I am currently living with my parents and am unemployed I know I missed my opportunity to complete the pre-trial diversion program. Now I am terrified that I might have to go to jail. Is that a likely possibility? I have no prior record of anything.

It is a possibility, but a likely possibility? You have to ask that question specifically of an attorney who works in the courts where the case was filed, as that lawyer will be familiar with usual practices. Of course, since you are not working, this would be a great time to try to make up the community service if the case has not yet been redocketed.
