Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
if i got charged with a class a misdemeanor a couple weeks before getting sentenced a year of unsupervised probation for pleading guilty to a class c misdmeanor will it effect my unsupervised probation

That would depend on what you told the probation officer and the terms of your plea. Generally, being charged is not enough, it is being convicted that is the issue.
