Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

Hi, I was charged with conversion. I then got in trouble for minor consumption so I was put on probation. I violated probation by drinking again and they referred me to alcohol classes and counseling. The place they referred me to needed my health insurance information. My mom is the one with access to this and would not give it to me so I went to the place myself and said I want to pay it out of pocket. They said it would be around $4,000, which I do not have. I found another place that I can afford. I am going there now and following instructions, however, I am in violation of probation because I will not have the classes completed by the time I get off of probation. I have court soon so what do you think will happen? Will the judge just extend my probation? I also have a public defender.

Ask the PD. He or she is familiar with the judge and the county and undoubtedly know from prior experiences how the judge will react to your situation.
