Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
Can I be charged with harboring a fugitive (close relative) convicted of D felony fraud? I live in a different county from where charge was filed. Fled a work release program. Showed up at my door at 1AM yesterday. Won't turn himself in and I have knots inside thinking about my turning him in.
