Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I got charged with 2 misdemeanors in IN. the first was thefts/buildings...i stole 160.00 from my friend account on atm. I paid the bank back as advised by the detective. the second was illegal possession of alcohol. this happened in april. my court date is june 14. What am i facing possibly?

For the theft, an A misdemeanor, 0 days to 1 year in jail. For the illegal possession, a class C, 0 to 60 days in jail. What the judge will do in your case, who knows? The best estimate will come from an attorney who practices in that court.
