i have been charged withh a D felony of strangulation, as well as @ misdeameanor counts of domestic battery and battery, im released on gps and the onlyconviction i hav is i plead to misdemeanor d of disorderly conduct in feb 2008. what should i do get a lawyer or take a plea deal and if a plea what kind of deals will i be presented with? thanks for your time
