Cheque bounce
Dear sir,
I left prev organization 4 months back with one month notice. After many communication via mail, I got my salary cheque but when I deposited it bounced. He told me to redeposit the cheque but again it bounced bcoz of insufficient balance. After that I sent a legel notice thru my frnd. but even after a month he has not replied and even not sent my cheque again. Now my friend is not in contact, So I dont know what to do. Plz guide.

It is to be seen that letter sent by you are in accordance with law.If the notice is as per law then file complaint u/s.138 N.I.Act and you can also file recovery suit.You have very short time so act promptly.In case of need contact with details.

Check limitation and file case under section 138 NI Act.
