Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I know a child who is 16 here in Indiana and is dating a 24 year old man. I contacted the ASK site to talk to an attorney about this and he said it was legal and that there is nothing anyone can do about it. BUT I am wondering what DCS's take would be on all of this. Couldn't the parents get in trouble for neglect for this going on?
