Class D Felony removal
is it possible to have a class D felony removed from my record

Yes. If the governor issues you a pardon, the conviction can be completely removed.
With a friendly prosecutor and an understanding judge, a D felony conviction can be retroactively modified to a misdemeanor judgment, which can also be of some benefit to you.
