Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
I committed Domestic Battery in 1984,had a plea bargain for 3 years and took it.After all the time that has passed,and the fact I have led a law abiding life ,is there a way for me to have all my rights restored?I have entered an application for a pardon to the Indiana Parole Board a few times,but no luck there.Can a post conviction relief application be filed,or a senstence modification?Should I just resign myself to the fact that I will forever be branded and be without all my rights?

What rights? In most states, you are eligible to vote now. You should talk to an Indiana criminal attorney in the county of your conviction and be specific about what you believe you are missing out on.
