contributing to the delinquency of a minor
i am 24 and i got talked into letting a 15 yr old friend of mine drink. now ive im being threatened with charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor even though the parents never pressed charges. this is my first offence.

Parents do not press charges. Prosecutors press charges. Your action was still a violation of the law if you were "talked into" giving a minor alcohol. The particular penalty you might expect depends on your local judge...contact an attorney in your areas if you have been or are charged in the future.
