Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana

I have been convicted of a class C Burglary in 1997. I have been told that in the state of Indiana that I can not get it expunged but can I get my record sealed and if so how long after the felony will it have to be in order to do this?

No, no such thing for adult convictions. Always assume criminal convictions stay with you forever, because in Indiana, unless you are pardoned by the governor, they do.
