can i be convicted of ;domestic battery with no witnesses
i was arrested 5 13 01 for domestic battery my husband signed nothing and the policeman saw nothing
can i be convicted of a crime with no witnesses.

The facts of the situation will be reviewed by the prosecutor's screening office to determine whether the they will pursue the case.
If they decide to pursue it, they will be in touch with the identified victim and if necessary, subpoena him. The point being, you may not know what is going to happen until you appear for your initial hearing.
I believe it would be wise to involve an Attorney on your behalf.
