Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
If you were convicted of a misdemeanor drug charge in the past 3-5 years and you move to a different state should you answer yes or no when asked if you've been convicted of felony/misdemeanor on an application?

You can answer no if they ask about a felony, yes if they ask about a misdemeanor.
