Legal Question in Criminal Law in Indiana
My conviction in a domestic violence charge has been a source of reference with every law enforcement inquiry into our lives. My wife lied to get me convicted. She wants to change her story on a domestic conviction case. What can we do about it. We have reconciled but it remains a thorn because i served six months of a crime I did not committ.

A pardon from the governor would do it. Otherwise, take your case to a lawyer in your community for other options.
