Count I, Count II, Count III
I have one cause number but three differenct counts, does that mean I can get sentenced to each of these counts?
Count 1- rape
Count2- Criminal Deviate- what does this mean?
Count 3- Domestic Battery

Yes, you can be sentenced on all 3 counts. Criminal deviate conduct is basically oral or anal sexual contact by force or with someone who is unable or too young to consent. You definately need an experienced criminal defense attorney to help you with this case.
